曲霉WZ-1对染料脱色的研究

【摘要】 用富集培养方法,从印染厂废水池污泥中得到一株对染料有较强脱色能力的曲霉WZ-1,该菌能以染料为惟一碳源和惟一氮源生长,通过条件试验,确定WZ-1对染料脱色的最佳条件为pH4.0,温度 33℃,培养时间为 33 h,在最佳条件下,WZ一1对活性桃红(KD- 8B)的脱色率达98.18%,直接耐晒翠蓝(GL)的脱色率达 99.65%,在 pH 4.0~8.0,温度 30~40℃范围内对染料有较好的脱色效果.

【Abstract】 A strain of Aspergillus WZ-1, which has the stronger capability of decolorizating the dyes, was isolated from the sludge in the waste water pool of printing and dyeing mill by enrichment culture. This strain of WZ-1 can utilized the dyes as the sole source of carbon and nitrogen for its growth, and its optimum pH value, temperature and culture time of decolorization were 4.0, 33℃ and 33 h respectively. Under optimum conditions,the decolorizing rate of WZ-1 to the reative red KD - 8B was at 98. 18%, and that of direct fast turquoise blue GL was at 99.65% .When temperature was 30 - 40℃ and pH 4.0 -8.0, WZ-1 has a better decolorizing-effect to dyes.
