【Abstract】 This paper argues that in the construction process of modernizations the academic researches of social sciences journal should be greatly improved and free from the partial understanding to carry out the editorial strategy of combining the traditional schooling with the reality and the academic researches with the present trend.Meanwhile some practical problems concerning state owning ownership and villagers’autonomy should be focused so as to bring the social effects of journals into its full play.更多还原
