消化道恶性肿瘤患者血及组织中脂质过氧化物和超氧化物歧化酶活性的测定
Determination of Lipid Peroxide and Superoxide Dismutase in the Blood and Tissues of Patients with Gastrointestinal Cancer
【摘要】 目的 探讨超氧化物歧化酶 (SOD)和脂质过氧化物 (LPO)水与食管癌、胃癌和结肠癌的发病关系。方法 对 43例胃癌、5 2例食管癌、30例结肠癌、42例胃溃疡和 12 0例正常对照组患者血及组织中铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性和脂质过氧化物含量进行了测定。铜锌超氧化物歧化酶活性用SUN肾上腺素自氧化法测定 ,脂质过氧化物用于树玉法测定。结果 三种肿瘤患者组织中Cu -ZnSOD活性比正常对照组显著降低 ,脂质过氧化物含量比正常对照组明显升高。结论 结果提示组织中SOD活性降低及LPO水平升高与胃肠道恶性肿瘤的发病密切相关。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the relationship between the lipid peroxide (LPO) and superoxide dismutase(SOD) and the pathogenesis of gastrointestinal cancer.Methods Cu-Zn SOD activity and LPO levels in the tissues and blood were determined in 43 cases of gastric carcinoma, 52 cases of esophageal carcinoma, 30 cases of colorectal carcinoma, 42 cases of gastric ulcer and 120 cases of normal controls. Cu-Zn SOD activity was detemined with adrenaline autoxidation method. LPO levels were determined according to Yu’s method.Results SOD was significantly lower, and LPO was significantly higher in cancerous tissues than those of normal controls ( P <0 01~0 001).Conclusions These results sugggest that mucosal SOD and LPO levels are closely related to the pathogenesis of the gastrointestinal cancers.
