【摘要】 目的　探讨nm2 3 -H1基因在宫颈癌组织中表达及其意义。方法　采用免疫组化法检测 88例宫颈癌组织中nm2 3 -H1基因表达 ;对nm2 3 -H1表达与临床病理因素及预后关系进行分析。结果　宫颈鳞癌与腺癌的表达阳性率分别为 46 4% (2 6 /5 6 )和5 6 2 % (18/32 ) ;在与临床病理指标的相关性分析中发现 :宫颈腺癌中 ,无淋巴结转移者nm2 3 -H1阳性率明显高于有淋巴结转移者(P <0 0 1) ;而鳞癌中nm2 3 -H1的表达与淋巴结转移无关 (P >0 0 5 )。另外 ,nm2 3 -H1的表达与宫颈癌的临床分期、病理分级、病灶大小无关。回顾性预后调查发现 ,nm2 3 -H1阳性患者的生存率明显高于阴性表达者 ,在鳞癌及腺癌中 ,P <0 0 5和P <0 0 1。结论　nm2 3 -H1表达与宫颈腺癌淋巴结转移呈负相关 ;与鳞癌淋巴结转移无关。nm2 3 -H1基因的表达可以作为宫颈癌预后的一项指标更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the expression of nm23-H 1 in cervical carcinoma and its significance.Method The expression of nm23-H 1 was examined by immunohistochemical method in 88 patients with cervical cancer.Retrospective study was carried out to find the relationship between the expression of the nm23-H 1 protein and clinic pathologic factors and the prognosis.Results Positive staining rate of nm23-H 1 was 46.4%(26/56) in squamous cell carcinoma and 56.2%(18/32) in adenocarcinoma.Negative expression of nm23-H 1 was associated with a high incidence of lymph node involvement ( P <0 01) with adenocarcinoma of the uterine cervix;but not in those with squamous cell carcinoma ( P >0 05).In addition,there was no significant correlation between the immunoreactivity of nm23-H 1 and clinicopathological type,tumor size ( P >0 05 respectively).By retrospectively investigation,the negative of nm23-H 1 stainmg was related significantly to a poor prognosis of the patient with cervical cancer (adenocarcinoma P <0 01 and squamous cell carcinoma P <0 05 respectively).Conclusion The Level of nm23-H 1 expression was inversely with lymph node involvement in adenocarcinoma of the cervix,but not in squamous cell carcinoma.Nm23-H 1 level may be taken as a marker in the prognostic characterization更多还原
