【摘要】 目的　鉴于皮下脂膜炎性T细胞性淋巴瘤少见而对其研究很少 ,通过对 5例进行临床病理分析并结合其研究进展 ,旨在为其诊断和鉴别诊断提供一定的思路。方法　HE染色和免疫组织化学检测。结果　所有病例均以皮下多发性结节或肿物为主要症状 ,组织学特点为皮下脂肪组织中有异型的淋巴细胞浸润 ,免疫组化结果LCA ,UCHL -1,Ki -67呈阳性表达。结论　该病的诊断应从临床表现、组织学特点、辅助检查综合考虑 ,对其病因的研究结果将有助于鉴别诊断。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective The occurrence of subcutaneous panniculitic T-cell lymphoma is rare and the research on the disease is scarce.We reported five cases and analyzed their pathological features and the research progress on the disease were referred in order to give some advice for diagnosis.Methods HE staining and immunohistochemical assays.Rethods All of the 5 cases are characterized with multiple subcutaneous nodules or neoplasms.The principal histopathological features include infiltration of atypical lymphoid cells into subcutaneous fat tissue,and the positive results for CD45,CD45RO,Ki-67.Conclusions The diagnosis for the disease should be on the base of clinical features,pathological characteristics and auxiliary assays.Illustration of etiology is helpful for distinguishing the disease from others.更多还原
