【摘要】 目的　分析颈段、胸上段食管癌颈部及双锁骨上区域预防放疗的疗效。方法　 60例颈段、胸上段食管癌患者 ,采用颈部及双锁骨上区域预防放疗 ,DT 45～ 5 0Gy/4 .4～ 6周 ,与同期病人对照。结果　预防组淋巴结转移率 1 7% ,明显低于对照组 18 3 % ,P <0 0 1。两组生存率比较 ,2、3年生存率预防组有明显提高。结论　颈段、胸上段食管癌颈部及双锁骨上区域预防放疗有肯定的效果。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the effect of preventive radiotherapy.Method 120 patients with cervical or upper thoracic esophageal carcinomas were randomly divided into two groups.A preventive group B contrast group.The patients in A were given preventive radiotherapy on cervical and supraclavicular regions.The dose was 45～50 Gy/4.4～6 weeks.Results The lymphnode metastasis rate is 1.7% for group A and 18.3% for group B.The 2,3 year survival rate was higher in group A than in group B.Conclusion Preventive radiotherapy had positive effect.更多还原
