【摘要】 目的　探讨进展期胃癌化疗的有效方案。方法　对28例晚期胃癌患者进行MDLF方案化疗。具体如下:氨甲喋呤(MTX)30mg/(m2·d)静滴第一天;甲酰四氢叶酸钙(LV)30mg/d,5-氟脲嘧啶(5-FU)500mg/d静滴第2至第9天;顺铂(DDP)60mg/(m2·d)静滴第2天、第9天。以上治疗,每四周重复,使用2周期为一疗程。结果　完全缓解(CR)4例(143%),部分缓解(PR)15例(536%),无变化(NC)5例(179%),病程进展(PD)4例(143%),总有效率(CR+PR)67.9%。本组病人中位生存期83个月(2～25个月),治疗有效者,中位缓解期62个月。主要毒副反应为轻、中度消化道反应和骨髓抑制。结论　MDLF方案应用了生化调节原理,使抗癌效果增强,副作用减少,值得推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To seek effective chemotherapy regimen for patients with advanced gastric carcinoma.Method Twenty eight patients with advanced gastric carcinoma were treated with MDLF regimen.The treatment regimen was as follows:MTX 30 mg/(m 2·d) was given in d 1,LV 30 mg/d and 5 FU 500 mg/d were administered in d 2～9 ,DDP 60 mg/(m 2·d) was given in d 2 and d 9,The treatment repeated every four weeks for two cycles.Results Results showed that 4 cases(14.3%) were of complete remission(CR),15 cases(53.6%) of partial remission(PR),5 cases(17.9%) of no change(NC) and 4 cases(14.3%) of progressive disease(PD).The total effective rate (CR+PR) was 67.9%.The median servival time was 8.3 months(2 25 months) and median remission time was 6.2 months.The major toxic reactions were mild to moderate myelosuppression and gastri entestinal symptoms.Conclusion The result showed that MDLF regimen could improve the curative effect of gastric carcinoma.更多还原
