【摘要】 目的　观察IMVP16方案作为难治性非霍奇金淋巴瘤的抢救性治疗方案的疗效及毒性。方法　采用IMVP16(IFO、MTX、VP16)方案治疗30例复治或CHOP、BEPP方案治疗无效的NHL,本组化疗均达到2个或2个以上周期。结果　30例中CR12例,占40%,PR18例,占60%,一例胃浸润者达到病理缓解。主要毒性反应为骨髓抑制、口腔炎、脱发及消化道反应,骨髓抑制Ⅲ～Ⅳ度占467%,口腔炎发生率较高占30%,脱发Ⅰ～Ⅲ度分别为135%、20%、333%,消化道反应多数为Ⅰ～Ⅱ度,占867%。未出现明显肝肾毒性,无一例发生中枢神经系统毒性及出血性膀胱炎。结论　IMVP16方案可作为难治性NHL的抢救治疗方案,安全、有效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective This study is to observe the effect and toxicity of IMVP 16 Regimen in patients with recurrent and CHOP,BEPP reresistant NonHodgekin′s Lymphoma.Methods 30 patients were treated with two or more than two cycles of IMVP 16 regimen.Results The total response rate was 100%,with 40% of CR(12/30) and 60% of PR(18/30),and one patient with gastric invasion reached to pathological CR.Main toxicities were myelosuppression,oral mucositis,alopecia and gastrointestinal reaction.The incidence of Ⅲ～Ⅳ grade of myelossuppression was 46.7%,Ⅰ～Ⅲ grades of alopecia were 13.5%、20%、33.3% and Ⅰ～Ⅱ grade gastrointestinal reaction was 86.7%.No apparent hepatic and renal toxicity and no neurolvical toxicity and hemorrhagic cystitis were observed.Conclusion IMVP 16 regimen could be used as the salvage regimen in the treatment of refracfory NonHodgkin′s lymphoma.更多还原
