【摘要】 目的 :探讨三维牵引治疗腰椎间盘突出的机理 ,疗效及适应证的选择。方法 :选择30例临床诊断为腰椎间盘突出症的病人 ,应用北京中天普科技发展有限公司生产ZJY -A型三维牵引仪治疗 ,并结合药物静点。结果 :30例病人治疗效果 ,优 8例 ,良 1 7例 ,可 3例 ,差 2例 ,优良率 76 6 % ,有效率 93 3%。结论 :三维牵引疗法是非手术治疗腰椎间盘突出的有效方法 ,但该疗法有一定适应证 ,需严格掌握更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To discuss the mechanism,curative effect and indication of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc treated with 3-D traction.Methods:Zhongtian Tech Ltd.treated 30 patients obtained the diagnosis of prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc) and drugs intravenously.Results:The curative rate was 76.6% and effective rate was 93.3% in 30 cases.Conclusion:3-D traction could be an effective method to treat prolapse of lumbar intervertebral disc with non-operative methods and certain indications should be mastered.更多还原
