【摘要】 目的 :观察异丙酚麻醉在人工流产术中的应用。方法 :选择接受人工流产术的病人 1 2 0例 ,全部给予静脉异丙酚全身麻醉 ,观察全麻的起效时间 ,维持、苏醒时间 ,心血管和血氧变化 ,宫口的松弛情况及异丙酚的副作用。结果 :起效迅速 ,维持麻醉苏醒时间适当 ,苏醒快 ,心血管反应尚可耐受 ,血氧无明显变化 ,宫口松弛良好 ,副作用很少。结论 :异丙酚用于人工流产手术中 ,麻醉性能稳定 ,安全可靠且便利。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To observe the clinical application of isoprophenol on the effect of induced labor during anesthesia.Methods:120 cases that received induced labor patients were underwent general anesthesia with isoprophenol.The effecting,preserving and recovering time,changes of circulation,SaO 2 and dilation of cervix were observed.Results:This method could effect and recovery rapidly and preserve appropriately.It could make good endurance on circulation without obvious changes of SaO 2.Also the good dilation of cervix and fewer side effects could reach.Conclusion:This method could be stable during anesthesia and safe and reliable.更多还原
