【摘要】 为了探讨麻醉药液温度对牙槽外科局部麻醉注射疼痛的影响 ,选择需同时行双侧上颌或下颌牙拔除的病人 80例 ,随机选一侧用温度为 37℃的麻醉药行局部麻醉 (体温组 ) ,另一侧用 18～ 2 0℃的麻醉药行局部麻醉(室温组 )。采用视觉类比法 (VAS)行注射时痛觉测定。结果 :体温组 VAS平均得分为 30 .6 9± 14.5 0 ,室温组为5 1.92± 15 .10 ,两组差异有极显著性 (P<0 .0 1)。提示临床采用体温 (37℃ )局麻可明显减轻牙槽外科局部麻醉注射疼痛的程度。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the effect of narcotic temperature on local narcotic injection induced pain during alveolar surgery, 80 cases requiring bilateral supramaxillary or mandibular dental extraction simultaneously were selected. One side was randomly selected to be subjected to the local anesthesia with 37℃ narcotic (body temperature group), other side underwent local anesthesia with 18 to 20℃ narcotic (room temperature group). VAS was used to determine the pain sense during injection. The results showed that average score of VAS in the body temperature group was 30.69±14.50, while 51.92±15.10 in the room temperature group, the difference being significant between the two groups ( P <0.01). It was concluded that local anesthesia with body temperature narcotic could obviously alleviate the pain induced by local narcotic injection during alveolar surgery.更多还原
