【摘要】 为了探讨提高中风偏瘫病人日常生活活动能力 (ADL)的有效方法 ,于 1996～ 1998年随机将 10 6例病人分为观察组 (6 6例 )和对照组 (4 0例 )。前者采用中医手法康复护理 ,后者采用中医常规护理 ,5 6 d后比较两组肌力、肢体运动功能 (MAS)和 ADL 分值。结果 :手法组疗效显著优于对照组 (均 P<0 .0 0 1)。提示 :中医手法康复护理能使中风偏瘫病人的肌力、MAS较快恢复 ,有效提高 ADL水平更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to investigate the therapies for effectively improving the ADL of the stroke induced paralytic patients, 106 paralytic cases of stroke were randomly divied into observation group ( n =66) and control group ( n =40) from 1996 to 1998. The patients in the observation group underwent manual rehabilitation nursing care and those in the control group were subjected to the routine nursing care. 56 days later, the myodynamia, MAS and ADL scores were compared between the two groups. The results showed that the therapeutic effects in the observation group were better than in the control group ( P <0.001). It was suggested that manual rehabilitation nursing care could quickly improve the myodynamia and MAS and effectively enhance the ADL level of the paralytic patients with stroke.更多还原
