微小芯样法检测混凝土抗压强度技术可行性研究
A Research on the Feasibility of The Technology of Concrete Compressive Strength Testing With Micro-Core Specimen
【摘要】 本文运用数理统计学方法 ,分析了芯样直径、芯样高径比、石子粒径、养护条件、强度等级、龄期等六个因素对δ及fcu/fcor的影响 (δ为芯样试件抗压强度值的变异系数 ,fcu为标准立方体试块抗压强度 ,fcor为芯样试件抗压强度 ) ,分析了微小芯样法检测混凝土抗压强度技术的可行性 ,确定了微小芯样法的芯样直径为 19mm、芯样高径比为 1 5∶1。
【Abstract】 ? This paper investigates the effects of six factors such as diameter and height/diameter ratio of core specimen,particle size of coarse aggregate,strength grade,curing conditions and age on δ and fcu/fcor ratio,analyzes specifically the feasibility of the technology of concrete compressive strength testing with micro core specimen.In result,the diameter and height/diameter ratio of the micro core specimen are determined respectively as 19mm and 1\^5 to 1.
