提高普通混凝土强度和耐久性的正交试验研究
Topic An Orthogonal Experimental Study on Increasing Strength and Durability of Ordinary Concrete
【摘要】 本文针对当前国内普遍使用的普通混凝土所存在的结构不均匀、抗渗性差、寿命短等问题 ,采用正交试验方法 ,进行了提高普通混凝土强度和耐久性的试验研究。研究结果表明 :通过调整混凝土内部各组分的比例 ;限制混凝土单方用水量 ;控制混凝土的水胶比 ;掺入细度合适的一定量的复合掺合料 ;同时使用减水率高、可以控制塌落度损失的高效减水剂等措施 ,可以使混凝土拌和物结构均匀 ;塌落度损失得到控制 ,保证泵送和大流动性施工的要求 ;硬化的混凝土具有较高的强度 ;混凝土耐久性得到大幅度提高 ,使用寿命可以显著延长。
【Abstract】 ? In order to solve the problems of structural asymmetry,bad permeabitity resistance,and short service life of ordinary concrete universally applied in China,aurthors carried out a series of experimental studies aimed at increasing strength and durability of ordinary concrete by orthogonal experiments.The experimental results show that:(1)the structural uniformity may be cnsured;(2)the loss of slump may be restrained and met the requrement of pumping construction and big fluidity;(3)the hardened concrete has high strength;(4)the durability of concrete is notably increased,and the service life is notably extended by adjusting the ratio of inner components of concrete,limithng the unit consumption of water,controlling the water binder ratio,adding some composite super fine powder with appropriate fieness,and by adding supcrplasticizer which can restrain the loss of slump of concrete. 〔
