赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶活性的研究

【摘要】 研究了赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶活性的提高条件及酶的最适作用条件。以纤维蛋白平板法测定赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶活性。结果表明,纤溶酶在温度(57~59)℃,pH在8.0时,酶活性较稳定。赤子爱胜蚓纤溶酶干燥粉末浸泡在氯化钠等溶液中,可提高纤溶酶活性4-5倍。

【Abstract】 In this paper the best conditions of activity of plasmin were studied. The activity of plasmin in eiseniafoetida has been deterined using the fibrin-plate method. The experimental results showed the optimum temperature is (57-59)℃, the optimum pH is 8.0, and activity of plasmin is best under the pH of best as well. On appropriate condition respectively NaCl, KCl. MgCl2, in body fluid of Eisenia foetide the activity of plasmin is strengthened to 4-5 times.
