气相色谱最优化分离多种有机氯、有机磷农药的研究
STUDIESON OPTIMIZATION OF GAS CHROMATOGRAPHIC SEPARATION OF I-ORGANOCHLORINE AND ORGANOPHOSPHORUS PESTICIDES
【摘要】 采用长1 m,内径4 mm的气相色谱玻璃填充柱,通过窗图最优化法选出3%OV-17 on Gas chromosorb W AW DMCS 80-100M+6% QF-1 on Gas chromosorb W WA DMCS 80-100M(24+76)的固定液配比。用电子捕获检测器检测,该柱在恒温条件下11 min内能将供试的10种有机氯、有机磷农药进行一次分离。
【Abstract】 The gas chromatographic glass column(1 m×4 mm i.d.) packed with 3% OV-17 on Gas chromato-sorb W AW DMCS 80-100M+6% QF-1 on Gas chromo-sorb W WA DMCS 80-100M (24+76) was determined by window diagram optimization. The gas chromatography coupled with ECD and column detected that all of the 10 organochilorine and organophophorus pesticides were separated once in constant temperature and within 11 minutes.
