车轴校平机分布式控制系统
A Distributional Control System of Axletree Leveller
【摘要】 为了有效地提高车轴校平机的校平效率，采用了ＩＢＭ－ＰＣ５８６微机远程监控和ＰＬＣＦＸ２－３２ＭＲ现场测控的分布式控制模式，研制了一种高自动化的校平机控制系统．经运行证明，系统在保证较高的控制精度同时，有很强的抗干扰能力．
【Abstract】 A highly automatic and accurate axletree leveller is presentd. IBM - PC586 is used to carry out the remote supervision and control together with the PLCFX2 - 32MR to form a distribute mode for on-the-sport measure and control. It is capable of resisting interference while maintaining a high controlling accuracy.
