EMP推力瓦瓦面修型及带负荷启动性能的探讨
Study of Modification and with-load Starting Performance of EMP Pad
【摘要】 分析了影响EMP轴瓦表面油膜厚度的主要因素,给出了油膜厚度的一般表达式,实验 证明:弹性金属塑料瓦必须进行瓦面修型;弹性金属塑料瓦带负荷启动性能优于巴氏合金瓦.
【Abstract】 This paper analyzed the main factors Which affected the oil film thickness of EMP thrust pad, giving the general equation of oil film thickness. Experiments show that to modify EMP pad surface is essential, and its with - load starting performance is better than that of babbitt.
