罗茨鼓风机转子加工专用数控铣床设计
Design of NC Milling Machine for Roots Blower Rotor Production
【摘要】 针对专用铣床的主要参数进行了选择和设计.对于机床的布局、相关的刀具、夹具、伺服系统的构成和控制方式,以及数控系统的硬件和软件都做了详细的剖析和设计。解决了机械和电气相互匹配的实际问题,提出了用阿基米德螺旋线拟合加工渐开线的思路。
【Abstract】 Based on the peculiarity of rotor, main processing parameters of the production NC hulling machine was selected and designed. The layout of the machine is also discussed, the cutting tools and fixtures are selected, the construction and control model of the servo system is analyzed, and the hardware and the software of the CNC system are designed as well. Some measures were given to solve the problem of matching the mechanical part and electrical part. At last, a fitting method making use of Archimeder’s spiral to fit the involute is submitted.
