铸造用混砂机刮板国产化的研究
Development of Chinese Buile Muller Used in Foundry
【摘要】 通过分析进口混砂机刮板在高速磨粒磨损工况下的抗磨机理,结合国内企业生产实际,研究开发出了泥砂机用SiC/高铬铸铁新型复合材料刮板.实践证明,新开发的刮板不仅抗磨性明显优于国外同类产品,而且制备工艺简单,价格低廉,具有较高的推广应用价值.
【Abstract】 In this paper, the wear resisting mechanism of the imported muller plow of sand mill, at high speed grinding abrasion, is analysed. In consideration of actual domestic conditions, a new type of muller plow of composite material consisting of SiC and high chromium cast iron is developed. Compared with the same type of exotic origin, the new muller plow is not only better in wear-resiseing properties, but also cheaper and easier in preparation process. It has a higher popularity and application value.
