加工2+1/4Cr—1Mo钢用刀片材质的优选技术
Study of Material Optimum Selection of Cutting Tool for Cutting Steel 2+1/4Cr - 1Mo
【摘要】 通过对加工2Cr-1Mo钢用刀片的粘结破损对比实验,分析了刀具易粘结磨损和破损的原因,同时提出了加工该材质的硬质合金刀片的优选技术.这种优选技术对刀具材料的选择具有一定的参考意义.
【Abstract】 By contrasting experimental study of the sticking and wearing of cutting tool materials for cutting 2+1/4Cr- 1Mo, the reason of sticking and wearing is analyzed. The advanced optimum technology for selecting the cutting tool is proposed. It is helpful to optimize selection for cutting tool materials.
