纳米级Fe3O4粉体的研制
Preparation of nanometre stage Fe3O4 powder
【摘要】 采用化学沉淀法制备了 Fe3O4微粒 ,用溶剂置换等方法进行了干燥 ,获得了平均粒径 Dv为 5 0~ 70 nm,饱和磁化强度为 (75~ 80 ) k A/ m的超细 Fe3O4粉体。考察了工艺条件和干燥条件对 Fe3O4粉体性能的影响
【Abstract】 Adopting chemical method of precipitation in preparation of Fe 3O 4 particles, using methods such as solvent replacement to carry on drying, obtaining superfine Fe3O4 powder with average particle size of 6070 mn and saturated magnetic intensity of (7580)kA/m and exploring the effect of technological condition and drying condition of the performance of Fe 3O 4 powder.
