离子交换与膜超滤耦合提取L-赖氨酸
Extraction of L-lysine with Combination of Ion-exchange Method and Membrane Ultrafiltration Method
【摘要】 采用离子交换与膜超滤耦合法 ,研究了用中空纤维膜提取 L-赖氨酸的动力学行为。该动力学符合浓差极化 -凝胶层模型。吸附浓缩过程中操作压力影响大 ,料液流速影响小 ;而在脱附浓缩过程中这种影响正好相反。建议当流速在 0 .1 4~ 0 .2 1 m/h时 ,操作压力维持在 2 2 .5~ 2 5.0 k Pa
【Abstract】 The dynamic behaviour of the extraction of L lysine by the use of the hollow fiber membrane is studied with combination of ion exchange method and membrane ultrafiltration method. The kinetics of the extraction of L lysine fits the concentration polarization gel layer model∶ J v=- K mln( C b/ C G). In process of adsorption, there are bigger effects in pressure and smaller effects in flow velocity, just contrary to those in process of desorption. Operational pressures from 22.5 to 25.0kPa at flow velocities ranging from 0.14 to 0.21m/h are suggested.
