高温煤气中焦油组分的催化裂解研究

【摘要】 选择了铁基、镍基、5A分子筛和矾土 4种催化剂 ,在固定床反应器条件下对焦油组分 (以1 -甲基萘为模型化合物 )进行了催化裂解研究 ,结果表明这 4种催化剂对 1 -甲基萘的裂解都具有很好的催化活性 ,其中镍基催化剂和 5A分子筛的催化性能更好 ,它们在 550°C,空速 30 0 0 h-1的条件下反应 1 0 0 h,其催化活性未降低。同时还研究了在这两种催化剂条件下温度和空速对转化率的影响 ,按一级反应线性回归得出两种催化剂在 2 50~ 50 0°C的裂解活化能分别为 2 2 .1 7k J/mol和1 2 .42 k J/mol

【Abstract】 In order to reduce the quantity of tar in hot gas, the cracking reactions of tar model component, 1 methylnaphthalene, were experimentally investigated. Four catalysts including Fe based, Ni 3, alumina and 5A molecular sieve catalysts were tested in a fixed bed catalytic reactor. All these catalysts show to be very active for 1 methylnaphthalene cracking reactions, catalytic reactivities for Fe based, Ni 3 and 5A molecular sieve catalysts remained unchanged within 10h reaction time with space velocity of 3 000h -1 at temperature of 550 °C , especially, Ni 3 and 5A molecular sieve catalysts are superior to Fe based catalyst. Using a simple first order kinetic model for the overall reaction, apparent energies of activation (12.42kJ/mol for 5A molecular sieve and 22.17kJ/mol for Ni 3 catalyst) were obtained at 250~650 °C .
