活性炭-纳米二氧化钛复合光催化空气净化网的研制
Active Carbon and Nano-titanium Dioxide Photocatalyst Web for Air Purification
【摘要】 以具有直通孔的成型支承体胶粘活性炭 ( AC)为复合载体 ,采用浸涂法在复合载体上形成纳米二氧化钛光催化剂薄壳层 ,制备出可用于室内空气净化的活性炭 -纳米二氧化钛光催化净化网。对其净化性能考察结果表明 ,以功率为 6 W、波长 2 54nm的紫外杀菌灯照射 3h,其甲苯净化率为 98.8%,三氯乙烯 ( TCE)净化率为 99.5%,硫化氢净化率为 99.6 %,氨气净化率为 96 .5%,甲醛净化率为 98.5%,一氧化碳净化率为 6 0 .1 %。通过对比实验还表明 ,所研制的复合型空气净化网具有单纯活性炭、单纯光催化剂 Ti O2 、活性炭与二氧化钛简单混合等净化网所不具备的综合优势 ,通过复合提高了光催化效率 ,同时达到活性炭原位再生的目的。
【Abstract】 The TiO 2/AC photocatalyst web was prepared by dip coating technique using the active carbon adhered on water proof paper with straight hole as composite support. The purification effectivity of air with this photocatalyst web was investigated. The result shows that the purification effectivity of 99.5%, 99.6%, 96.5%,98.5%, 60.1% and 98.8% are reached for TCE, H 2S, NH 3, HCHO, CO, and toluene respectively, after 3 hours purification process with the illumination of two 6W lamps with λ =254nm. The purification web’s unique merits such as the improvement of photocatalysis efficiency and regeneration of AC in situ could be seen in the contrast experiments.
