FCC催化剂的钒危害与捕钒剂研究I.钒危害与MgO、γ-Al2O3捕钒剂
Study on the Vanadium Poisoning & VTrap in FCC Catalyst I. Vanadium Poison & Vtrapping Functions of MgO, γAl2O3
【摘要】 采用 XRD、BET、MAT以及 Pyridine- IR等方法 ,研究了钒对催化剂分子筛结构和裂化活性的危害 ,以及 Mg O、γ- Al2 O3对钒破坏作用的抑制。结果表明 ,在水蒸气条件下 ,钒使催化剂表面积减小 ,分子筛晶体结构破坏 ,各种酸的数量下降 ,裂化活性降低。捕钒物质的加入保护了催化剂的结构和酸性及活性 ,尤其以 Mg O负载在 γ- Al2 O3上得到的捕钒效果最佳。
【Abstract】 By the characterization of XRD, BET, pyridineIR, MAT, the vanadium poisoning of FCC catalysts & Vtrapping functions of MgO, γAl2O3 are described. Experimental results identify that: through the simultaneous actions of steam and vanadium, the surface area, acidity, and the activity of the FCC catalysts are decreased, and the crystal structure of zeolite is damaged; steam is the essential factor for the vanadium poison to catalysts. MgO and γAl2O3 both have the potential of preventing the catalysts from vanadium contamination, MgO loaded on Kaolin has the inferior Vtrapping performance than that of the MgO loaded on γAl2O3. Vanadium oxide can be used as the substitute of vanadium naphthenate in this field.
