【摘要】 以对叔丁基甲苯 ( PTBT)为原料 ,氧气为氧化剂 ,冰醋酸为溶剂 ,醋酸钴为催化剂 ,考察了合成对叔丁基苯甲酸 ( PTBA)的影响因素 ,确定了该氧化过程的最佳工艺条件 :反应温度 90～95°C,原料与溶剂配比 1∶ 4( m∶m) ,催化剂质量浓度 w=0 .1～ 0 .2 ,PTBT的转化率可达 1 0 0 % ,收率为 87%。更多还原

【Abstract】 The synthesis of p tert butylbenzoic acid by oxidaiotn of p tert butyltoluene has been stu died .It was proved by the work that such factors as temperature,catalyst concentration and the ratio of raw materials to solvent have important effects on the reaction.A 100% of p tert butyltoluene convertibility and 87% yield to p tert butylbenzoic acid have been achieved through authors’ research experiments.更多还原
