【Abstract】 A transketolase deficient Bacillus subtilis D 202 which could produce 52.6 g/L D ribose in the shaking flask was obtained from Bacillus subtilis D 2 through ultraviolet irradiation. The strain’s heredity was stable. 65g/L D ribose was excreted under optimization conditions. The output of D ribose was achieved 50g/L in a 2 ton fermenter.更多还原
