【摘要】 目的 :观察和分析非骨水泥人工髋关节置换术后股骨近端的骨反应。方法 :对 38例 4 1个关节于术前和术后、术后第 2 ,4 ,6 ,8,10 ,12个月及术后每年以同等条件摄骨盆正位像 ,观察和分析股骨近端的骨反应。结果 :4 1个关节中有 30个关节发生不同程度的骨反应 ,其中有些关节同时出现几种骨反应。本组病例所发生的骨反应可分为两类 ,既增生类和吸收类。增生类多发生在 1、3、4、5、7区 ,它是一种有益的骨反应 ,能加强对假体的固定作用。吸收类多发生在 1、3、7区 ,它是一种不良的骨反应 ,它对人工关节的长期稳定构成威胁。结论 :非骨水泥人工髋关节置换术后 ,大多数病例股骨近端出现一种有益的骨反应既增生类骨反应 ,能较长期地维持假体在髓腔内的稳定性更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:study and analysis periosteal reaction about proximul femur of uncement hip arthroplasty.METHODS:Study and analysis x-ray 38 oases 41 hip of preoperative and postoperative in 2、4、6、8、10、12 months.RESULTS:30 hips in 41 hip ocured periosteal reaction. Periosteal reaction is divided two type-bone osteogenesis and bone absorption. The bone osteogenesis is happened in 1、3、4、5、7 zoon of head femur, and it’s useful for reinforce prosthesis. The bone absorption is happened in 1、3、7 zoon of head femur, it’s bad for hip steady.CONCLUSIONS:Vast majority case happened useful reaction in proximal femur after total hip arthro plasty-osteogenesis, and long pexiod it can keep prosthesis teady in antramedullary.更多还原
