【摘要】 目的 :介绍带蒂骼腹股沟轴型皮瓣在手外伤大面积皮肤缺损时的应用。方法 :依据旋髂浅动脉在髂腹股沟走行方向设计皮瓣 ,逆行切取皮瓣 ,勿损伤旋髂浅动脉 ,供区皮肤直接缝合。结果 :50例手术治愈率 10 0 %。结论 :对手部及前臂远 1/3大面积软组织缺损并深部组织外露不宜做臂交叉皮瓣时选用本皮瓣更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE:Intruduce application of Double End Groin flap for defect of hand skin. METHODS:Design flap with the trace of the shallow circunflex iliac vessels on the skin. Do not injure the vessels during operation. RESULT: All of 50 cases were cured. CONCLUSION:Double End Groin flap is first choice operation for defect of hand and far forearm skin.更多还原
