用于高速转子振动主动控制的智能变刚度支承系统
Intelligent Support System for Passing Through Critical Speed of High-Speed Rotor by Changing Stiffness
【摘要】 在主动变刚度理论的基础上,利用形状记忆合金(Shape Mem ory Alloys)作为驱动元件,设计了用于高速转子振动主动控制的智能变刚度支承系统。试验证明:利用该支承系统实现了主动变刚度控制转子振动理论,对高速转子的振动主动控制效果显著
【Abstract】 The SMA (Shape Memory Alloys) are applied as actuators and a series of experiments have been done for investigating their mechanical behaviors.An intelligent support system has been designed for active control of high-speed rotor vibration and tested to verify its effectiveness.The tests indicate that the application has a magnificent effect on the active vibration control.
