差谱计算分光光度法测定复方异烟肼片中VB6的含量
Determination of VB6 in Compound Isoniazid Tablets by Differential Spectrum Computational Spectrophotometry
【摘要】 目的:探讨复方异烟肼片中维生素 B6的测定方法。方法:差谱法与多元回归分光光度法相结合。结果:方法的线性,精密度,回收率等指标良好。结论:本法可用于复方异烟肼片中的维生素 B6的测定。
【Abstract】 Objective:To build up a quantitive detennination method of VB6 in compound isoniazid tablets Methods:A new method of differential spectrum in combination with multivegression spectrophotometry was used. Rersults:Good linearity precision and recovery is obtained.Conclusion:The method can be employed to determine VB6 in compourd isoniazid tablets.
