【摘要】 本文对新药人参多糖口服液进行了主要成分的薄层层析鉴定,并用香草醛—硫酸比色法测定其中黄芪甲甙的含量,测定波长为554mn,RSD 为1.71%。人参多糖口服液具有降压、抗炎、镇静镇痛等作用,并有改善心脏供氧供血、增加血中免疫球蛋白的含量,增强环磷酰胺抗肿瘤作用,为了确保该药疗效与质量对本药进行质量鉴定。因为本口服液中主药为黄芪,而黄芪的主要成分为黄芪甲甙,因此本文主要对黄芪甲甙进行定性和定量的研究。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this paper thin-layer chromatography was used for identification of main constituents in the new drug Ginsen-trisaccharide oral liquid,and vanilin-sulfuric acid colorimetry was used for determination content of Astragaloside Ⅳ.Determination waye was 554nm,and RSD 1.71%. Ginsen-trisaccharide oral liquid have the effects of lowering the pressure,antiinflammation,analgesia and sedation;improving oxygen and blood supply for heart,increasing the content of immunoglobulin in blood and action of anti neoplasm of cyclophosphamide.This paper studied the qualification of this drug,in order to ensure its effect and quality.We chose the main function component Astragaloside Ⅳ in main drug Radix Astragali seu Hedysari as standard to qualify and quantify.更多还原
