【Abstract】 Objective:Watch the sensitiveness of the two kind test HBsAg,raise the level to diagnose HBV. Metheds:The opposite direction congealed blood’s method and the”ELISA”test.Results:The positive percentage by the opposite direction congealed blood’s method was 5.0% of checked whole,the positive percentage by”ELISA”is 6.1% of checked whole.Conclusions.The specificity and sensitivity of”ELISA”were better.更多还原
