生物垃圾加工厂供料厅空气微生物菌群的研究
Study on Microbiological Floras in Air of Supplying Materials Workshop in A Biological Refuse Treatment Plant
【摘要】 [目的 ]为了减少环境污染与公害 ,对生物垃圾加工厂供料厅的空气细菌菌群及其含量进行研究。 [方法 ]使用 ANDERSEN-空气微生物收集器和 KS- 92 (Impinger)喷冲器对上述地点在 5个日期两个采样点收集了 15 7个空气样品 ,在 3个测量日期采集生物垃圾样品 10 2个。 [结果 ]空气中需氧菌总数浮动于 4.6 2× 10 3~ 9.5 5× 10 5CFU/ m3之间 ;厌氧菌为 3.0 7× 10 3~ 2 .14× 10 4CFU / m3,其中魏氏梭菌含量为 1.1~ 197CFU/ m3,气悬状态的魏氏梭菌以孢子形式存在。 [结论 ]空气微生物气溶胶的含量与菌源距离呈反比 ,空气中菌群和含量能作为生物垃圾污染与质量的指示。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To minimize the environmental pollution and public nuisance,the bacterial floras and their levels in air of supplying materials workshop in a biological refuse treatment plant were studied[Methods]157 air samples of 2 sampling points were collected within 5 sampling days,and at the same time 102 biological refuse samples were collected within 3 sampling days in supplying material workshop of biological refuse treatment plant by Andersen air microorganism sampler and KS-92 impinger[Results]The total count of aerobic bacteria and the total count of anaerobic bacteria in air ranged 462×103~955×105 CFU/m3 and 307×103~214×104 CFU/m3 respectivelyThe main state of suspended C.perfringens in air with total count of 11~197 CFU/m3 was its sporule[Conclusion]Negative correlation was found between the contents of air aerosol of microorganisms and the distances from the bacteria source to sampling pointsBacterial floras and its contents could be considered as indicators for the pollution and sanitary quality of biological refuse
