十六烷基三甲基溴化铵存在下用铬天青S分光光度法测定饮用水中铝

【摘要】 选择十六烷基三甲基溴化铵作为铝与铬天青 S显色反应的增敏剂 ,利用分光光度法测定饮用水中微量铝。该体系在 6 33nm有最大吸收 ,铝含量在 0 .0~ 10 .0 μg/ 2 5 m L 范围内符合郎伯 -比尔定律 ,相关系数 r=0 .9998,回归方程 Y=0 .0 98X- 0 .0 0 4,方法检出限为 0 .0 0 8mg/ L。方法允许 p H值范围宽 ,稳定性好 ,操作简便 ,测定饮用水中微量铝得到较好的精密度和准确度。

【Abstract】 Cetyl trimethylammonium bromide,as a sensitivity promotor of the color reaction of chromium azure S with aluminium in drinking water,was applied in the determination of trace aluminium in drinking water by spectrophotometry This reaction system revealed maximum absorption peak at 633 nm,and obeyed Lambert and Beer’s law at range of 0 0~10 0 μg/25 mL aluminium The correlative coefficient and detection limit were 0 9998 and 0 008 mg/L respectively The regressive equation was calculated as y=0 098x -0 004 This assay presented advantages,such as wide range of pH value,good stability and simple operation,and perfect presicion and accuracy in determination of trace aluminium in drinking water
