ICP-MS法测定水源水、出厂水、末梢水中17种微量元素
Determination of 17 Trace Elements in Source Water,Finished Water and Tap Water by lnductively Coupled Plasma-mass Spectrometry
【摘要】 为了解深圳市水质概况 ,跟踪监督水质污染情况 ,用电感耦合等离子体质谱法 (ICP- MS)测定水中 17种元素 ,分析了各元素检出限 (0 .0 0 3~ 0 .2 5 4μg/ L )及线性范围 ,用水质标准物质以及加标回收实验对方法的准确度进行了评价。该方法快速、灵敏 ,监测元素全面 ,用于监测深圳市 8家自来水厂水源水、出厂水及末梢水中 17种元素 ,结果满意
【Abstract】 In order to understand the water quality,the follow up monitoring of water pollution was carried out and 17 trace elements in water were detected by inductively coupled plasma-mass spectrometry (ICP-MS) in Shenzhen The range of detection limit of observed 17 elements was from 0 0003 μg/L to 0 254 μg/L,and linear range of every element was detected also The accuracy of this assay was assessed with standard agents and recovery assay of adding standard meterials ICP-MS assay was rapid and sensitive,and suitable for multi-element analysis ICP-MS was satisfactorily applied in determination and monitoring of 17 trace elements in water samples collected from source water,finished water and tap water of 8 water plants in Shenzhen
