广州市化妆品生产车间卫生质量调查
Survey of Sanitary Quality in Cosmetics Workshops in Guangzhou
【摘要】 [目的 ]了解广州市化妆品生产车间卫生质量。 [方法 ]对广州市 46家采用空气净化系统过滤或采用紫外线灯消毒空气的化妆品厂的车间卫生质量进行了调查。 [结果 ]空气细菌总数合格率以包装车间最低 ,为 53.8% ,其余车间合格率为 58.9~ 73.8%之间 ;采用空气净化系统过滤空气的生产车间空气细菌总数合格率较高 ,为 92 %以上 ,而采用紫外线灯消毒空气的生产车间空气细菌总数合格率偏低 ,合格率在 47.8%~ 67.8%之间 ;紫外线灯损坏和使用时间过长导致紫外线灯强度合格率很低 ,为 1 1 .8%~ 41 .7% ;生产车间及检验室照度合格率偏低 ,为 39.76%~ 78.7%。 [结论 ]加强紫外线灯的卫生管理和车间内空气消毒 ,按标准增加生产车间的照明度
【Abstract】 Objective]To explore the sanitary quality of cosmetics workshops in Guangzhou [Methods]An investigation on sanitary quality of workshops with air filtration purification system or ultraviolet(UV) lamp sterilization system in 46 cosmetics factories in Guangzhou [Results]The qualified rate of the total count of bacteria in indoor air was 53 8% for packing room,which was the lowest qualified rate,and 58 9%~73 8% for those of other workshops It was more than 92% for workshops with air filtration purification system,and 47 8%~67 8% for those with UV lamps sterilization system The qualified rates of intensity of UV illumination of UV lamps were very low,which were 11 8%~41 7% owing to the easy damage and over use of UV lamps The qualified rates of intensity of illumination in workshops and laboratories were low,which were 39 76%~78 7% [Conclusions]The sanitary managements of UV lamps and the sterilization of workshop air should be strengthened The intensity of illumination in workshop should be improved according to National Standard
