控制暴露人体实验——眼刺激感觉强度测量方法和评价基准的研究(续一)
Controlled Human Exposure Experiments——Measurement and Evaluation Criteria for Sensory Intensity of Eyes Irritation
【摘要】 引进和初步建立了“眼刺激感觉强度实验”和测量方法, 并提出了三项“判断受试样品(受试木质人造板) 为阳性的基准”: 眼刺激感觉强度评分均值> 15 m m , 即将15 mm 作为眼刺激感觉的阈限值; 对比受试样品舱排除气与“0”空气的眼刺激感觉强度, 差别有统计学意义; 受试样品舱排出气中污染物浓度与眼刺激感觉强度之间存在“剂量-效应”关系(木质人造板的源剂量用甲醛衡量)。
【Abstract】 In this study,experimental method of sensory intensity of eyes irritation was imported and initially established,and 3 evaluation criteria,for recognizing the results of tested samples (tested plywood)to be positive were considered as follows:1.the average score of sensory intensity of eyes irritation was >15 mm,which was the threshold value;2.the sensory intensity of eyes irritation induced by exposure to volatile gas of tested sample was statistically significantly different from that induced by exposure to pure air;3.significant dose effect relationship was observed between the levels of pollutants in volatile gas of tested plywood expressed by concentrations of formaldehyde and the sensory intensities of eyes irritation
