除草剂乙草胺对蝌蚪红细胞微核及核异常的影响
Effects of Herbicide Yicaoan on the Micronucleus and Abnormal Nucleus of Erythrocytes of Tadpoles
【摘要】 [目的] 探讨除草剂乙草胺的遗传毒性。[方法] 观察了乙草胺对中华大蟾蜍蝌蚪外周血红细胞微核及核异常的影响。[结果] 接触乙草胺12 h 的各浓度组(0.031 25~1.0 μL/L) 微核细胞率及核异常细胞率均高于相应的对照组(P< 0.05 或P< 0.01), 在一定浓度范围内(0.062 5~0.25 μL/L) 微核细胞率与浓度呈正相关(r= 0.951,P< 0.05)。6 h, 24h, 48 h 的微核细胞率除24 h 0.0 625和0.25 μL/L两组外均低于相应的对照组, 大部分核异常细胞率高于相应的对照组, 小部分则低于相应对照组。[结论] 乙草胺在一定的处理时间和浓度对蝌蚪外周血红细胞微核及核异常有明显的诱发作用, 具有遗传毒性。
【Abstract】 Objective]To study the genotoxicity of herbicide Yicaoan.[Methods]The effects of Yicaoan on the micronucleus and abnormal nucleus of peripheral blood erythrocytes of tadpoles were observed among Bufo bufo gargarizans [Results]The micronucleus rates and abnormal nucleus rates of every concentration group(0 031 25~1 0 μL/L) for the tadpoles exposed to Yicaoan for 12 hours were higher than those of the relative control groups( P<0 05 or P<0 01 ),the micronucleus rates were significantly positively correlated with concentrations in the range of 0 031 25~0 25 μL/L( r=0 951,P< 0 05) The micronucleus rates of every concentration group for the tadpoles exposed to Yicaoan for 6 hours,24 hours,48 hours,except the tadpoles exposed to Yicaoan for 24 hours at concentration of 0 062 5 μL/L and 0 25 μL/L,were lower than those for controls.The abnormal nucleus rates in most observed groups were higher than relative controls,but in lesser observed groups were lower [Conclusion]The micronucleus and abnormal nucleus of peripheral blood erythrocytes of tadpoles could be induced by Yicaoan with certain exposure periods and concentrations.Yicaoan presented genotoxicity
