重庆地区浓雾对人肺功能的影响

【摘要】 [目的] 了解重庆地区浓雾对人体肺功能即刻影响。[方法] 对在浓雾中呼吸2 h 的28 例受试者即刻检测肺功能, 并与晴日作对照。[结果] 健康组FEV1 和V75较晴日明显降低(P< 0.02, P< 0.05), 患病组Ⅲ相斜率较晴日明显增高(P< 0.05), 雾日SO2、NO2 对气道影响的浓度明显低于国外人工气室内分别所测出的阈值。[结论] 重庆地区浓雾对健康人的即刻影响以大气道为主, 对慢性支气管炎、肺气肿患者则以小气道为主。

【Abstract】 Objective]To study the immediate effects of heavy fog on human pulmonary functions [Methods]The pulmonary functions of 28 persons(healthy group:19 normal persons,ill group:9 cases with chronic bronchitis and/or emphysema) were immediately detected after 2 hour exposure to heavy fog,and compared with their own indexes of pulmonary function detected in clear day.At the same time,Comprehensive analysis was carried out concerning the meteorological data collected in the correspondent periods [Results]The levels of FEV 1 and V 75 of healthy group in foggy day were significantly lower than those in clear day( P<0 02,P<0 05) The slope of Ⅲ phase in foggy day was significantly higher than that in clear day( P<0 05) The obtained threshold concentrations of SO 2 and NO 2 effecting the airway resistance in foggy day were significantly lower than those in the artificial air cabin reported in foreign countries [Conclusion]Immediate impairment of heavy foggy environment was noticed mainly in attacking the big airway functions of healthy person,and the small airway functions of cases with chronic bronchistis and/or emphysema in Chongqing district
