用CBMN法比较五种国产活性炭对饮用水中有机提取物的吸附作用

【摘要】 采用三项细胞学指标 (细胞生长抑制率、双核细胞的微核率和胞质分裂增殖指数 )对 5种国产活性炭吸附饮用水中有机提取物的作用进行了比较 .结果表明 :活性炭处理后比处理前水质显著转好 ,三项指标检测 5种国产活性炭吸附细胞毒性物质的效果获得了一致性的结果 .

【Abstract】 The effects of absorbing organic extracts from drinking water by five kinds of China made activated carbons were compared using three cytological indexes:the rate of inhibition cell growth,the micronucleus rate of binucleated cells(MN)and the cytokinesis block proliferation index(CBPI).The results showed that the water quality after the absorption by activated carbon is much better than before.The consistent comparison results were obtained for absorption effects of cytotoxisity composition by the five activated carbon using three cytologocal indexes.
