单种及混合培养条件下Fe、Mn对赤潮生物塔玛亚历山大藻(Alexandriumtamarense)生长的影响
Effects of Fe and Mn on growth and cell size of Alexandrium tamarense under different culture conditions
【摘要】 研究了单种和两种混合批量培养条件下 ,Fe EDTA(Fe3+)、Mn(Mn2 +)浓度对甲藻塔玛亚历山大藻 (Alexandriumtamarense)生长及细胞大小的影响 ,同时考察了与其混合培养中的中肋骨条藻 (Skeletonemacostatum)和圆筛藻 (Coscinodis cussp .)的生长特性 .结果表明 :在本实验的浓度范围内 (Fe EDTA ,0— 3 1 5μg/L ;Mn2 +,0— 0 1 8μg/L) ,铁、锰浓度的升高对单独培养条件下的 3种藻类的生长均有不同程度的促进作用 ,揭示了微量元素铁、锰是触发赤潮发生的重要因子之一 ;在混合培养条件下 (甲藻 硅藻 ) ,细胞较小的中肋骨条藻和圆筛藻在竞争中处于优势地位 ,塔玛亚历山大藻在一定时间的混合培养后衰败 .不同铁、锰浓度及不同培养条件对塔玛亚历山大藻细胞大小有显著影响 .
【Abstract】 Under batch culture condition,we studied Fe and Mn effects on the growth and cell size of uniculcured and polycultured Alexandrium tamarense and the growth characteristics of Skeletonema costatam and Coscinodiscus sp.polycultured with it.Results showed that under experiment condition,Fe(0—3 15?μg/dm\+3) and Mn(0—0 18?μg/dm\+3),the number of three unicu Hared algae increased with of Fe and Mn,which indicated that Fe and Mn are important causing factors of red tides.Under polyculture condition, S.costatam and Coscinodiscus sp with small cells were more properous than A.tamaranse which declined after a while.In short Fe,Mn density and culture condition have considerable effects on the growth of A.tamaranse.
