荧光光纤传感器测定废水中邻硝基苯酚
Optical fiber sensor for O-Nitrophenol based on fluorescence quenching of 2-(4-diphenylyl)-6-phenylbenzoxazole
【摘要】 将 2 -( 4-二苯基 ) -6-苯基苯并恶唑 ( PBBO)包埋在增塑的 PVC膜中 ,基于邻硝基苯酚对 PBBO荧光的猝灭 ,研制了一种邻硝基苯酚荧光光纤传感器。该传感器对邻硝基苯酚的响应具有良好的可逆性和重现性 ,响应时间小于 50 s,在 1 .2× 1 0 - 4~ 2 .0×1 0 - 6mol/L邻硝基苯酚浓度范围内具有良好的线性关系。环境水中可能存在的常见阳离子、阴离子、酚、硝基化合物对邻硝基苯酚的测定不产生干扰 ,将传感器用于废水中邻硝基苯酚的测定 ,获得满意结果。
【Abstract】 An optical fiber sensor for o nitrophenol is fabricated by applying the sensitive reagent 2 (4 diphenylyl) 6 phenylbenzoxazole(PBBO).The sensing mechanism is based on the fluorescence quenching of the plasticized PVC sensitive membrane with PBBO by onitrophenol in the range of 1 2×10 -4 ~2 0×10 -6 mol/L.The sensor responds linearly to o nitrophenol.The sensor proves to be good in reversibility and reproducibility.A rapid response within 50 s is obtained.The influence of some interferent possibly existing in environmental water samples was tested.The proposed sensor can be used for the determination of o nitrophenol in waste water with satisfactory recovery.
