H-酸的催化湿式氧化反应过程研究

【摘要】 湿式氧化 (WAO)和催化湿式氧化 (CWAO)都能有效地处理染料中间体—— H-酸。所有的 H-酸在 5 min内均被去除和形成一些中间产物。在不同反应时间段测定了 p H值及阴、阳离子和小分子有机酸等中间产物。分析表明 ,p H值与 COD的去除及有机酸的产生有密切的联系 ,H-酸被氧化成 NH+4、SO2 - 4 、HCOOH和 CH3COOH。WAO法的反应速率慢而且氧化乙酸困难 ,而 CWAO法的反应速率不但快而且能有效地氧化乙酸

【Abstract】 s:Dye intermediate—Hacid could be treated effectively by Wet Air Oxidation (WAO) process and Catalytic Wet Air Oxidation (CWAO) process,all the Hacid was decompounded in 5 minutes and some intermediate products,sueh as NH+ 4,SO 2- 4,HCOOH,CH 3COOH and so on,were formed.The experimental data showed that pH value had close relationship with CODcr removal efficiency and organic acid production.WAO process had low reaction rate and it was difficult to oxide CH 3COOH,while CWAO process not only had high reaction rate,but also could oxide low molecular organic acid.
