光-生物双降解PS发泡餐盒

【摘要】 采用添加淀粉、光敏剂及生物降解促进剂的方法 ,制得光 -生物双降解 PS餐盒。探讨了不同光敏剂、生物降解促进剂对餐盒降解性能的影响 ,并对此餐盒在自然环境中的降解性能进行了研究。结果表明 ,添加 0 .1 %光敏剂 MR及 2 %生物降解促进剂枯草芽胞杆菌 ,所制得的含淀粉 2 0 %的 PS发泡餐盒 ,在自然界中 60 d降解成碎片 ,土埋 90 d失重率大于 7%。

【Abstract】 By adding starch photo sensibilizer and biodegradation promote agent,photo degradable and bio degradable PS snack containers were prepared.The influences of different photo sensibilizer and biodegradation promotor on the degradable characteristics of PS snack containers and the degradable characteristics of outdoor exposure of PS snack containers were studied.The results showed that when 0 1 % photo sensibilizer MR and 2 % biodegradation promotor were added,the prepared foamed PS snack containers could be degraded into small pieces after 60 days outdoor exposure,and its weight loss rate could be over 7% after 90 days buried in soil.
