人血清IgG的¹⁸⁸Re标记条件初探

【摘要】以含葡萄糖酸钠配体的ＳｎＣｌ２为还原液，还原Ｎａ１８８ＲｅＯ４后，标记人血清ＩｇＧ，在ｐＨ＝３的条件下，１ｇ／Ｌ的蛋白质用高于５０００倍摩尔过量的抗坏血酸（ＡＡ）还原２ｈ后，与２．６×１０－２－８．０×１０－２ｍｏｌ／Ｌ的ＳｎＣｌ２－葡萄糖酸钠溶液及１８８－ＲｅＯ４－反应３ｈ，可以得到９０％的标记率，在该标记条件下，对影响标记率的因素作了初步的研究和探讨。更多还原

【Abstract】 SnCl2 reduction solution together with sodium gluconate was chosen to reduce Na188ReO4- and label human IgG. The labelling conditions were optimized. It was found that the labelling efficiency could reach 90% under the following condition: 1g/L protein with 5000 mole ratio AA in 2h reducing time at pH= 3, in mingled with 2.6×10-2- 8.0× 10-2mol/L SnCl2 in sodium gluconate and 188ReO4- at ambient temperature.
