合肥光源束测元件钎焊焊缝辐射腐蚀的研究
Radiation corrosion of braze weld for BCM in HLS
【摘要】 在合肥光源直线加速器和输运线的辐射环境中,束测元件的陶瓷封接钎焊焊缝被严重腐蚀而漏气。用X射线衍射仪对腐蚀生成物进行了物相分析,发现是Fe2F5·7H2O、CuF2·2H2O、CuF2等氟化盐。它们是辐射环境中的聚四氟乙烯降解释放的氟离子与焊缝处气体离子和金属离子反应的化合物。
【Abstract】 Corrosion and leak happened at brazing of a beam current monitor(BCM ) under the radiation environment of linac and transport line. Corrosion products were analyzed with a rotating anode X- ray diffractometer, and Fe2F5. 7H2O, CuF2. 2H2O and CuF2 were indentified. They are believed to be the compounds of gas and metal ions at brazing with F-from Teflon that is decomposed by radiation.
