【摘要】 用ＳＰＥＣＴ门控心血池显像检测７２例心血管病患者心功能，结果表明：高血压病对心功能影响不大，仅见ＴＰＦＲ↓、心室相角程↑ ， ２７％－６６％的病例的室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图有异常；冠心病对心功能影响较为明显，可见ＬＶＥＦ↓、２５％ＦＦ↓、５０％ＦＦ↓、心室相角程，２５％－５１％病人室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图有异常；冠心病发生心肌梗塞后，ＬＶＥＦ进一步减低、心室相角程进一步增宽，同时出现ＰＥＲ、ＰＦＲ、２５％ＦＦ及５０％ＦＦ继续呈下降趋势，７２％－９４％病人室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图出现异常；发生心脏室壁瘤时，ＬＶＥＦ会出现显著减低、心室相角程明显增宽（＞１２０度），其它各项心功能参数也更加趋向于恶化，室壁运动、收缩波传导及振幅图全部出现异常。更多还原

【Abstract】 This text reports the result of heart function examination with nuclide of 99mTc to 72 cases suffering from cardiovascular diseases: Heart function effected little by hypertension, only TPFR , phase angle of ventricle t, 27%- 66% cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. This effected by CAD more obvious, LVEF , 25%FF , 50%FF , phase angle of ventricle ; cases approaching 25%-51% with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. When CAD getting myocardial infarction(MI), the condition has worsened, such as LVEF , 25%FF , 50%FF , phase angle of ventricle t, 72%-94% cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal. Further, when heart ventricle wall tumor occurs after a large area MI, the condition gets serious, LVEF , phase angle of ventricle t (> 120 degree), other targets getting bad, all cases with ventricle wall motion and amplitude abnormal.更多还原
