铜铌溅射超导四分之一波长谐振腔的研究
Researches on niobium-sputtered superconducting quarter wave resonator
【摘要】 建立了一套直流溅射系统以及其它辅助装置。溅射参数得到控制,测量了腔的超导性能和铌膜的特性。
【Abstract】 A lot of experiments on niobium--sputtered copper quarter wave resonator(QWR) have been done. A DC sputtering system with other auxiliary devices was setup completely. Sputtering parameters were under control. Superconducting propertiesof the cavity and the properties of the niobium film were measured.
